WIP Payloads and Projects. Tricky to organize because most things will fall into multiple categories. Would also be ideal to indicate active vs. past payloads and some way to show # of flights.

- GHOUL (Gross Horrible Outrageous Ugly Leaking Payload) - Helium venter for floating
- TUFF (Tension Under Flight Forces payload) - Drag and wind oscillation measurement [LINK TO PUBLICATION]
- SLAPS (Solar Launched Automatic Power System) - Solar power collection for extended flights
