Predict File name convention
[Ascent Rate]-[Desent Rate]-[Burst Altitude]-[Time]

Ascent and Descent Rates are in meters/second, in accordinance with the software
decimals are expressed with a p, as in 4p5 is 4.5
Burst Altitude is in kilometers, as denoted
Time is the time put in for the predict, close to the actual time in flight.
OTF is an "On The Fly" predict during desent, burst altitude is the altitude of 
that postition with and indicated descent rate and time in the file name like normal
(ascent rate is meaningless but is set to 1 and the launch altitude is set to one below the burst alt)
