IRENE- Ionizing Radiation Exposure Nearspace Experiment

IRENE Collected Data for the duration of the flight, gathering data that was expected to be 
background radiation levels of the area. Since altitude was not reached, no peak was observed. 
IRENE’s box showed significant signs of ware, and will need to be retired. 
The rubber gaskets held, but the foam core around the gaskets was failing. 
Relevant Conclusion: Paperclip Replacement is essential for any foam-core payload box, 
there is no replacement.
