NS-102 consisted of two simultaneous single balloon flights.

Balloon "A" was flying HAPL Cmd, W3EAX-11 and W3EAX-12.
Balloon "B" was flying BPP Cmd, W3EAX-9 and W3EAX-10.

It seems 10 was transmitting though we didn't receive any packets during flight, possible interference.
